I provide tech support for my software only, if you have
a question regarding a printer hardware please post it to the forum.
As a registered user of my software you are entitled to unlimited free email
technical support. Please make sure you have the latest version/build before
sending a problem report.
This information can be obtained in Settings/About inside the program.
The latest bug fixes will be posted in NEWS section on this site.
For questions, to report bugs, errors or send a suggestion please contact the
author via e-mail at the address shown below.

We do NOT provide phone support. Finding
out our phone number and calling us
will not assure any speedier resolution of your issue as we will ask you to
email us.
We answer emails every day and this is how the customer/tech support is
provided.
Please make sure that
words Check Printer appear in the subject line
or your email may be
deleted due to aggressive email filters set on this account.
Our email address is encrypted and it may not show in some
browsers.

Please note:
Due to volumes of emails we periodically receive, please
allow at least 1 business day for the reply. Most
replies are sent at late afternoon-evening time.
Existing users of Check Printer Home Edition can still use the program,
however technical support will no longer be provided to current freeware users.
Tech support will be provided to both the Home and Business users who
ordered the software.
